After two knock-backs we found a supplier who did slim sealed units with custom bar layouts that actually passed. What helped was showing precedent photos from similar ag conversions. You could try asking here: learn more they pointed us in the right direction without the usual sales pitch. Bureaucracy is exhausting, but the right spec does exist.
