Starting on the smaller rear side windows was the right call for me. They gave me enough space to learn how the film behaved without dealing with the awkward curve of the rear screen straight away. I cleaned the glass, checked the orientation, and only then peeled the liner back slowly. The pre cut window tint piece sat into position with less stress than a full sheet would have, especially around the corners. After doing both small windows, I understood the pressure needed on the squeegee and felt much more confident about the larger glass.
