RUWARD The activities of the Cluster are aimed at increasing the transparency of the interactive communications market, developing its individual segments, as well as educational activities, both among agencies and for representatives of end customers of digital services. The cluster brings together agencies that provide services in the field of custom development (in the Internet and mobile environment) and marketing communications (media advertising, contextual advertising, SMM / PR, SEO, mobile marketing, etc.). The cluster was formed on the basis of RAEC with the assistance of the RUWARD project group .
The initiative was announced and approved Armenia Email List at the general meeting of RAEC members in the fall of 2014, the admission of new members of the Cluster started in early 2015. At the time of its creation, the Cluster consisted of 40 RAEC member agencies, and during the first half of 2015, another 25 market players joined the association. At the moment, the Cluster includes 65 agencies, which makes it the largest professional association of players in the Russian digital agency market. Membership in the Cluster is divided into two levels (federal and regional), participants pay entrance and annual fees, depending on the format of participation.
