Ingredients
1 José Reduced Carb Lavash Bread or Tortillas
2 large tablespoons Cucina Toscana Artichoke Bruschetta Spread – can be substituted with sugar-free pizza sauce
1/3 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese
8-10 slices of turkey pepperoni
Additional vegetable ingredients may include: onions, peppers, mushrooms, olives, etc.

Instructions
THM Flatbread Pizza
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
If you're including extra vegetables, such as peppers and mushrooms, it's a good idea to cook them before adding them to your pizza. These vegetables uae email list have a lot of water and it's best to cook them beforehand to avoid a soggy, watery pizza. Simply cook the diced peppers and mushrooms with a drizzle of oil for a minute or two over high heat to reduce the water content.

While the vegetables are cooking, lightly spray a baking sheet with coconut oil or another spray that does not contain trans fats. Place the flatbread on the baking sheet.
Spread sauce on flatbread.
Add grated mozzarella cheese.
And top with turkey pepperoni and any other veggie toppings you like.
Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes, just long enough for the cheese to melt.
Next, turn the oven to broil and keep a close eye on your pizza as the top browns – it only takes a minute or two. Don’t walk away! It can burn in just a few seconds
