I learned that ENGAGING is not just writing nice sentences on the wall, you need to do it together, you need to be there to serve your team. I definitely learned that we, human beings, need something beyond just a position and a salary, we need EMOTION , we need that connection with our PURPOSE and with the ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE . Without that, everything loses its charm, everything loses its charm. And as one of our collaborators said in the song he made for the trip, I learned that when “I change someone's life, my life changes too…”. I came back different, I came back better.
