Modular rooms and prefabricated houses made in Asturias and built in one day, this is the Room2030 project, conceived by architect Sergio in collaboration with the ArcelorMittal R&D centers. This concept originated in 2018, as an evolution of the 'bhome' modular construction prototype, developed in 2016 by the same team. The essence of Room2030 lies in its ability to merge advanced technology with living solutions , initially conceptualized as a "laboratory" type hotel room. Inspired by the design carried out for the expansion of the Palacio Ferrera hotel in , Baragaño created Room2030 not only as a living space, but also as a modular and sustainable solution for various purposes.
The Room2030 product line includes 46 m2 and 54 m2 living modules , designed to adapt to a variety of uses, including hotels, student and senior residences, co-living and Chinese Student Phone Number List co-housing, offices, and spaces extra. These units can be stacked both horizontally and vertically , allowing their implementation in different types of buildings and environments.
