In the digital age, teleworking and hybrid work have become a fundamental part of the work dynamic around the world. The ability to work from home fully or partially has proven to be an advantage for both employees and companies , offering flexibility and increasing efficiency in many cases. However, for these new ways of working to work effectively, organizations must have solid metrics to evaluate their situation and make decisions based on the evidence that comes from data analysis.
To facilitate this task, from the Institute of Knowledge Whatsapp Number List Engineering (IIC), within the Advanced Center for the development of Organizational Talent Metrics ( CAMTO ), we have developed the CAMTO Guide to Measure and Assess the Impact of Teleworking in Organizations . This is also in line with our mission of searching for and developing metrics that help organizations have the most accurate vision possible of the different phenomena of interest for workforce management.

Thus, the guide aims to provide organizations with measurement instruments to analyze and assess the relevant elements related to the impact produced by teleworking at three levels: (a) on people, (b) work teams and ( c) the organization. The adequate measurement of these aspects is essential for making decisions regarding the implementation and assessment of teleworking strategies developed by organizations.
